Unable to access my ip camera situtated at work on my HH5

I have recently had BT Infinity installed with the HH5 Type A. Since then we have been unable to access our work cameras on any of our apple devices through our Home Hub. We have tried other wifi networks and they still work on them. All settings have been checked on the cameras and all ok. I have been through all the settings on BT Manager and I'm unable to find anything that might be blocking this link to them.

I'm not fully up on technology and have taken advice from the guy who installed the camera system and even he is unable to find a solution. 

Is there anyone who could help me out or is this something that I am going to have to live with?

I don't know if this will help but it does cause problems on Apple devices so make sure you have "smart set up" turned off on the Homehub. See link how to do that.

Thanks I have already done this as I found info on google but this hasn't made an difference.

Have you made sure that BT Parental controls have been deleted from your account?

 

Log into MyBT and look at the Parental Control app tile. Click on it, and see if its active or installed.

 

If it is, there will be an option to delete the parental controls.

 

It works at network level, and can interfere with some applications,

I have no parental controls set up and never have had since it was installed.

 

I've tried BT helpline and they told me that they couldn't help either!

 

Wish I'd never change to fibre optic!

I believe they are enabled by default, on all new contracts, and set to "light filtering".

 

You need to actually totally delete them from within MyBT, to remove them.
