Has anyone had any experienace with being unable to activate their SIM cards? Visiting bt.com/go and following the steps gives me an error that there are no SIM cards on my account but I can also see a completed order for 4 SIM cards on my account. I'm starting to think that there's something fundamentally wrong with my BT account because this is the second strange issue that I've had. Last time I tried to order YouView UltraHD and, although I meet all the criteria, the "system" wouldn't let the order be placed. #computersaysno
Further information. Trying to access the "Mobile" part of "My BT" I get two red banners on the page:
1. Sorry something's gone wrong. Please try again later.
2. No SIMs identified. Please try again later.
I guess that's indicative of a problem with the account?
Does anyone here know anything about this that might help? I've had these SIM cards since Thursday 1st June and I can't do anything with them because they don't show up on my account. Apparently my case has been "escalated" but it's a wall of silence from BT. Instant chat can't help and I don't know how to get someone to sort this.
