Hi. I ordered a new sim with a 12-month contract and started the activation last night. I have been waiting for nearly a day and still haven't received a message from BT to confirm that my SIM has been activated and I can't call because of that. Could someone please help? Thanks.

Yes, they even emailed me to say that my bill is ready (but the sim still hasn't been activated and I am unable to make calls)! Thanks. I'll try the live chat.
