Unable to activate new Sim

Hi. I ordered a new sim with a 12-month contract and started the activation last night. I have been waiting for nearly a day and still haven't received a message from BT to confirm that my SIM has been activated and I can't call because of that. Could someone please help? Thanks.

Have you checked your online account to see if the order is there, you can see if the order shows in progress or of it's done. Eitherway is get on the live chat so you can get an immediate answer rather than wait for the mods on here (personally)

Yes, they even emailed me to say that my bill is ready (but the sim still hasn't been activated and I am unable to make calls)! Thanks. I'll try the live chat.

Yeah you get billed from a day or two after ordering regardless whether it's activated or used.. how did you get on?
