Good for you. I'm not suggesting you or anyone sends a letter - tel call, if possible is still the quickest and cleanest.
I am saying BT is not above the law in the long run if anyone is willing to go that route and the extra 'hassle' that entails. But for some that might be preferable to paying BT for months on end as some type of hostage.
Miss BT your still scaremongering.
If you have evidence, ie a letter, that you have informed a company that you wish to cancel and they fail to act I'm sure you are well within your right to cancel your direct debit
Have tried every available contact number and still didn't get through. I have been unable to view any sport on my sport package and as such feel that all customers should get a refund and the payment stopped for this service. Other providers have done this so it is not an unacceptable request.
