I currently have the full NOW TV package which I would like to change according to my VIP TV package. I keep getting told to do this via the app but I'm unable. This isn't a new issue and previously an admin here has handled the problem for me. I think I've found out why but not sure how to change it.
I think this is causing the issue. When I go on the BT app to change my NOW TV channel selection I think the different names in the system is causing the issue.
TL:DR I want to drop Cinema from my package but I can't using the BT app.
Can anyone help me?
