Unable to change my VIP TV package online. Want to drop Cinema

I currently have the full NOW TV package which I would like to change according to my VIP TV package. I keep getting told to do this via the app but I'm unable. This isn't a new issue and previously an admin here has handled the problem for me. I think I've found out why but not sure how to change it.

• Our BT Package is (was always) in my name
• Our Now TV account was (still is) in my wife's name. I know this was we still log into the NOW TV app using her previous log in details

I think this is causing the issue. When I go on the BT app to change my NOW TV channel selection I think the different names in the system is causing the issue.

TL:DR I want to drop Cinema from my package but I can't using the BT app.

Can anyone help me?

I'm sorry for the problems you're having making changes to your Now TV package.  Have you spoken with anyone since posting this?  If you're still in the same boat, post back and we'll give you a hand from here.  We're going to need your details to help sort this out.
