Unable to choose a new contract.

My contract has now come to an end so I want to choose a new offer. But every time I select the one that I want it returns the webpage;

There's been a technical error – but you can still place your order online.

I'm not interested in spending three hours of my life on hold to the call centre, can you help?

Thank you. I had a feeling that my only options were to either spend an age on hold or sign up as a new customer somewhere else.

Got to love how you know it's an age on hold before you even call up. I've had to call recently & got straight through so it may not be as bad as you think

You've been given the direct number to the options team so you will bypass most of the queue if not all.
