Afternoon Guys,
Nothing showing when I sign into the web portal to claim my reward card, signed up on the 5th of November and went live on the 24th (Yep that's nearly a month) .
Getting the complete run around from customer services (keep telling me to wait slightly longer than the last person I spoke to) ordered directly on bt website !
Can someone help or give me the contact details of the team who deal directly with this.

Hi, I'm also having problems. Have received several messages over last 2 months from BT to say the card can now be claimed, but it's not showing on my account. Please help?
