Signed up for a deal with a £90 reward card, services installed and activated, received an email with a link to claim my reward card and all I get is error! Try again after some time. Seems like I'm not the only one with this issue! How do I sort this?

Yup, click on the claim reward link, asks me to log in, once I've logged in it just forwards to a page that says "error! Please try after some time" Been trying the same thing for a week since I got the email saying my reward was ready to claim

It normally takes up to 14 days after the order closes before you can claim the reward but I can check that everything is in order for you. I'll drop you a private message now so you can get in touch.
