Unable to create new e-mail address

Hi,

I am trying to setup another e-mail address for a family member.

All i keep getting is:-

""Sorry, we have been unable to create your new email address due to a technical problem. Please try again later. "".

Is anyone else having this same problem.

I seem to remember from when I did it that my browser (Chrome) was blocking popups

Have you read @Anonymous's post?

Also, do you have any other emails on that account that you can manage? Are you near the limit?

Hi,

I have three family e-mail addresses. B.T. deleted two for lack of use, but i was able to re-create one of them which is now up and running. However when i try to re-create the other deleted address i get the message as below.

""Sorry, we have been unable to create your new email address due to a technical problem. Please try again later. "".

Have we confirmed that that email has been completely removed in the background? It may still exist at some level which could be preventing you from setting it back up again.

Hi,

Thanks for your assistance with the deleted e-mail address. Apparently it was deleted by B.T. back in April 2018, due to lack of use and is now not available.
