Unable to download bill from within my bt app

Anyone else experiencing this It keeps telling me to login again through like a login form when trying to do so since 10th January

Thanks for your post and welcome back!

I'm sorry you keep being asked to login when trying to download your bill.  Have you managed to get this sorted out?  Try to download on a web browser to see if that works.  Let me know how you get on.

@RobbieMac  Yeah thanks seams to have resolved itself and now able to download my bill within the app

@RobbieMac  The error has returned, I login to app, tab on my bill section and then tap on download bill as pdf and then I get another login form 

it’s happening on both my iPad Pro 9.7 and iPhone SE 

I can login and download my bill correctly using the bt website on safari , so it does appear to be a app issue 

is there any chance this could be looked into?  As it’s a bit of a pain having to login to website every time rather than a few quick clicks via the app

@RobbieMac  For info, here’s the error I’m getting when trying to download to pdf after logging to app

@DanielS  Thanks for looking into this, it looks like an intermittent problem rather than a permanent one as I’ve just managed to download it again but most times I’ve tried since January 10th it hasn’t worked, anyway the requested info has been sent to you via PM

Yes, I have this problem too despite being able to download my bill from the app previously. I did notice a message about JavaScript being disabled but being on an iPhone I wouldn’t have JavaScript, would I?

Anyway,  I can download the bill after logging in on safari so having the app seems pointless.
