Hello,
I've recently taken a new broadband order from BT and there was a delay in receiving the order emails as my email address was taken incorrectly.
I called BT earlier and got my email address corrected and the order emails have been re-sent successfully.
When I clicked into the email titled "You need to activate your BT ID", I am unable to progress after clicking the "Activate your BT ID now" link in that email.
The webpage will load but it hangs whilst trying to load some information. See screenshot below.
I suspect that whoever received my confirmation emails erroneously may have clicked the link, therefore preventing me from activating my BT ID myself.
I've tried my phone and my laptop, and I've tried multiple browsers on both, so I think I've ruled that out being the issue.
