Trying to install Netprotect Plus, have gone to MyBT/Extras and started download. When it gets to Downloading software from Mcafee it comes up with "Unable to continue --- error 0 " It tells you to contacl BT Help or Mcafee. Mcafee do not want to know they said its up to BT to sort it. BT Help/Chat could not solve it and said they would get a technician to phone, the person that phoned did not speak English.
My advice and that of others on the forum would be not to install BTNetprotect. It can cause problems on some computers and is a resource hog. There are far better free antivirus programs available such as Avast Free.
It is a McAfee product just re-badged for BT so you may get more assistance on the McAfee forum about McAfee install problems.
What is your operating system as there has apparently been a few problems with Windows 10.
