Unable to login to BT WIFI App - Username & Password not recognised

Hi,

 

I have recently moved to BT and am setting up my mobile phone. I have downloaded the BT WIFI App. However, it will not accept my login details. I am inputting the BT username and password which is the same username and password that I use to login to my BT account online for billing info, etc. I have re-checked the details that I am entering and they are correct.

 

Please can you advise what I should do?

 

Also, I have 2 SIMS on my BT account. Is the same username and password used to login to the BT WIFI app from both mobile phones?

To log onto BTWifi you need to use your BTID which needs to be an email address. It does not need to be a BT email address but if you make it your main BTemail address you can use it to access all yourBT extras
