I have spent some hours on BT help live chat tring to resolve this issue. I can login to BTTV from laptop ok. Cannot login from iphone to BTTV app (error message AJ900) I can login to MYBT App from iphone, but I also cannot login to BTSport App. BT chat have told me that the issue is probably with my iphone and to contact apple. I am not sure they would help me as I am only on PAYG.
I have looked at help guide which did not help. Can you help?

Did you get this sorted out? Assuming you're using the same email address you've registered on the forum with, are you trying to log in with the first letter as a capital. Your BT ID username is case sensitive so if you leave the first letter in lowercase it should work for you.
Thank you so much colin. Something so simple and I spent around 4 hours altogether on chat help, they even took over my PC.
First letter of username which is my E mail address I always use capital and every other site I use this on it is not case sensitive , even MYBT app and login to MYBT.
Both BTTV app and BT sport app now work for me with lower case ID.
BT have got it so wrong to make userid which is email address case sensitive.

As an existing Youview customer that's suddenly been switched off in preference the new? BT TV the app won't sync. my BT iD password works on laptop but brings up AJ900 errors on iphone. has this been solutioned ? i've tried the case sensitive suggestion. no joy.
