Hi I have BT Infinity 2 broadband and am interested in ordering the BT Tv Ultra HD package but according to the website my broadband is too slow.
Online chat/phone has not provided a reason for this - does anyone know whether it's a problem with the website or if there is anyway I can get this package?

Finally :-
You are wasting your money on Infinity 2, you will never achieve the maximum speed for Infinity 1 let alone Infinity2. Your speed is too slow for UHD TV, I believe a speed of at least 35M is required before you can order.
