Whenever anyone rings my Hub phone via Broadband Talk, they get the message 'You are unable to leave a message at this time'. It doesn't ring first as far as either party are concerned.
I was initially checking that 1571 was enabled by selecting 1571 under 'BT Services' on the hub phone. It wasn't, so I changed my settings via my account and now it says it is. Still doesn't actually ring though!!!!
