I also have no need for parental controls, I would just hope the monitor is re-instated!!!

The only way I can think of is to hope that a friendly Moderator gets involved & takes up the issue.

But remember the posters on this forum are a very small proportion of BT Customers or indeed ex users of the B Band Usage Monitor.

Still let's keep trying.

BT's position on this is that the usage monitor was removed for unlimited users as these customers would never be charged for additional usage.  However, you guys have raised some good points on this thread.
