I'm a new costumer and currently trying to check out with a new package of Full Fibre 100 Broadband, with an add-on of Hybrid Connect. This is fine whenever I'm going through the selection, the hybrid connect is available to me to select for an extra cost per month, but whenever I finalise the checkout it removes itself.
If I select a lower broadband speed package, or a higher one, it recognises the selection of the hybrid connect add on.
Is this a bug with the website or am I just not allowed to select hybrid connect with the Full Fibre 100 speed?
