Unable to send e mails

My e mails have stopped sending. I get this slightly alarming message!

"Sorry your email could not be delivered due to content policy reasons. Please check your message content for URLs, content and subject matter that could be construed as Malware, Spam or Phishing before retrying. (6-1-1-1) ID (5ED9AA6E2496C35F) [Err code: 553]"

I tried sending a blank e mail to myself. It still happens.

There is a url in my e mail signature but it has been there for years... 

Please can anyone help me?

Have you done a virus scan on your PC, sounds like there could be something in there that you're not aware of. Failing that, try taking the URL out of your signature
