Unable to send email from webmail to my BT email. Error code 522

Hi,

Every time I try to send email from my web domain to my BT email account, I get this error message,

 522-email sent from xxxxxxxproperties.co.uk found on industry URI blacklists (Spamhaus/Invaluement/ReturnPath)

I have checked with all these blacklist sites and my domain is not blacklisted.

This only happens with BT email, I have sent to yahoo, hotmail and others with no problems.

Hoping someone has an idea of what I need to do to resolve this issue.
