I'm unable to send emails using my btinternet.com address.
The error message said the connection to the outgoing server 'mail.btinternet.com' failed.
This is happening on more than 1 device, so I'm confident that it's nothing to do with my settings.
Is there a problem at the moment?
Also, I have one device set up to use POP for a btinternet.com account and that is unable to connect to recieve messages. The same account using IMAP is OK for receiving but not sending.
I can send and receive OK using webmail
