Re: Network Issues

Same problem here too, have tried varying dns servers - its a carbon copy of the problem earlier in the year that they didn't acknowledge until about 3+ days so I expect them to be as on the ball this time ! Perhaps a Mod could intervene quicker this time ?

i haven't tried it yet but no doubutsetting up or accessing via a VPN will be fine ? (I don't have time to check at the moment).

local exchange ilkeston Nottinghamshire/Derbyshire. Inlaws are the same who use another exchange.

good old BT ! No way am I calling support line only to be told its my equipment that's just a waste of everyone's life !

Same here Lincolnshire.

Speed check is normal, web pages are slow to load sometimes not at all.

Was there not this problem a few months back?

I've got the same problem. In Surrey. Again.

As usual the status page says everything is fine. There is really no point even bothering with it. BT have such low regard for their customers.

Honestly, I cannot wait for another ISP to support my 300mb FTTP product, I'm looking forward to the day I can tell this company to do one.

There were some problems earlier, at around 7-10am. Some websites were slow to load, or would not load.

The problem has cleared now. 9-10am.

East Lancs.

Re: Network Issues

Same here too, im in Derby.

Speedtests all report normal speed, loading webpages is very very slow and often you get a "connection timed out" message.

Happened about 9pm last night.

As usual, BT service status reports "everything is OK", which it clearly isnt.

Re: Unable to use BT services, forums, constant disconnects, reduced internet speed... Whats going o

As I said before, ths is exactly the same scenario that happened back in July which lasted for several days.  There was a message on the service status line last night saying they were improving the broadband network, so hopefully it will be sorted soon, it is definitely not my equipment it is an infinity issue.
