Well we had the engineer come, really nice guy actually, was a pleasure to talk to.

 

As I've posted many times before, we was on 55meg, and over time it's getting slower and slower. We was guaranteed 48/50 meg, then it went down to 40meg, then a few months ago we was promised it wouldn't go below 38meg. Only to be told now that the guaranteed speed is now 25meg..

 

After speaking to the engineer he said that the lines will flutuwait because I'm 800m from the box, he did explain I would get that top speed within them 10 days until it settled down.

 

I'm just annoyed that I'm paying for Infinity 2 and was quite happy untill 4 weeks ago when we dropped from 46meg.

 

I don't want to go to infinity 1 incase we get stuck at 25meg or less.

 

So rather annoyed that my speed continues to decrease.

changing to infinity 1 will have no detrimental affect on your speed as it is a software cap set at 40Mb
