Apols if this been asked b4. The BT WiFi app went a while back. When I now log into My BT, mobile doesn’t appear when you select usage. When you select products, mobile, you eventually see option “already got mobile with us? Log into your account”. When you try that the app just crashes.
Any advice would be much appreciated.

Hope you’re ok. That’s a very good question. No, mobile not on main bill. Only transferred from EE to BT about a years go. Set up new DD out of my bank account. (Broadband and BT Sport comes out of our joint account)
There was lots of reassurance when the BT WiFi app went that you could monitor usage via MyBT. I guess I’d have to somehow log out of MY BT and log in with email used when opening BT mobile contract? Not sure if that’s right?
Bit confused and confounded.

Just logged in with email and password created when I started mobile SIM only contract. Everything fine now.
