Unable to view My Products or My Extras

Hi,

 

For quite a few weeks, I've been unable to view view My Products or My Extras on the BT.COM website and the My BT app.

 

Can anyone tell where I go to report this?

 

There's obviously an issue with my account, as it's affecting the website and the app.

I've followed your advice and "contacted the mods", but no one has come back to me as of yet.

 

My account still shows the same "error".

Hi John
this is exactly the situation i was in, eventually solved by on-line chat where they used something called Go To assist to monitor my screen, 10 mins later everything was idk and the application listed in the finder app.
