Hi, sorry for the delay in replying. I still can't view my bill. This is the message that is on the screen:
We're sorry for any inconvenience, but we are unable to retrieve your billing information at the moment as we are making a few planned improvements to your service. We'll be back up and running very soon.
Hi @fiestagirl I sent you an email on the 30th. Did you get the email and if so can you reply with a screen shot and I will get the fault progressed for you.
