I left BT to another provider last week. I was under the impression I would be able to watch my TV purchases eg Films Serials etc on the BT TV app, but I am not able to log on. I get a message which says Sorry - you need a BT TV subscription to play videos. Can someone help? Many thanks.

Sorry to hear that you are unable to watch your BTTV purchases.
Are you using the same BTID that you used to view your BT bill which included your BTTV subscription or are you trying to use a new BTID?
Thank you for replying. Yes My BT ID which is same what I use for viewing bills. I can still sign on to view my bills using same User name and password.

It's a strange one that you can log into the BTID to view previous bills but are unable to to stream the BT TV content. We are going to have to check this out from here.
