Unauthorised upgrade and charges

I'm not happy with it email. They have upgraded my email to premium account without asking for my permission and now charging and taking £5 a month from my account. Has anybody else had this or can somebody provide me with a contact number. As I've only managed to find the online chat where they say they will call back and never do. It's fraudulent on its part.

Premium mail is not an 'upgrade'. It is the name of the email service for customers that do not have a BT Broadband account. Do you have a BT account?

I've had the account for about 15 yeats when it was talk 21. About 18 months ago they informed me they were changing it to bt internet.com and it would cost just over £1 a month. Which I agreed to. Now they have upped my direct debit without asking and I can not get hold of anybody at bt.
I do not have a phone line or broadband with them.
