Unbearable Loading BT sport

Hello , I've recently started using BT sport app on my TV to watch Champions League , Europa League and recently Premier League .

During Champions League matches I barely got any loading during the match . However during most Europa League matches and recently Premier League matches the buffering has become unbearable . It's loading for around 5 seconds every 1 or 2 minutes .

I have a vodafone superfast 2 ( 63+ mbps download speed) and while using any other live streaming service on the TV I never get any kind of loading . For example while watching premier league games through NOW TV(sky sports) I never get buffering .

I'm asking whether anyone has this experience with BT sport and any potential fixes that are available .

Sadly I ended up raising this issue here because it seems the BT customer support is non-existent . I've tried calling in just to be waiting for almost an hour . Next , I've tried making a written complaint through the website just for it to send me error messages over and over . Lastly , I've tried the live chat just to get a text saying they don't have enough agents available at the moment. You would expect better customer support when you pay 25 £ monthly .

It's really ruining my experience watching the football games atm and I'm really desperate .

That sounds pretty rubbish @Fausty . What model of TV do you have? Also, if you go to the settings screen in the app and run the device checker, what does is say about your connection speed?

Same here. I had zero issues with the UCL coverage but watching the Premier League is a big ask due to continual buffering.

I'm with Virgin for broadband and have a solid connection of over 200 Mbps. I have everything connected via ethernet and my connections run smoothly for everything other than the BT Sport app.

What model of TV do you have @051 ? 

Some content is 4K HDR, whilst others is either Full HD or just 4K - they'll all put different strain on the connection.  If you're saying your speed was definitely up to it though, it sounds like maybe some TVs are just struggling in general.
