Re: Universal Channel leaving BT

@MattBlox  Are you out of contract, is that why you couldn't go back to the Max HD pack?

Re: Universal Channel leaving BT

No I had 9 months left to my knowledge, I only phoned them to add nowtv entertainment and movies to my exciting max hd and they got rid of some of the documentaries I.e completely disappeared from bttv  and stopped the kids bolt ons but they are still on the box... the main subscription channels are going to be streamed through nowtv but they are missing the channels I used to watch through max...

Re: Universal Channel leaving BT

Of course Stew,

I'm a bit ****** off with them for lying to me

They where going to continue charging me £16 a month for max hd and also the 2 now tv subs... this ain't right,

Because I would have to add kids bolt ons again which is extra also the classic pack you mentioned, I don't think you can add the classic to the nowtv subs though...

And those missing max channels won't be coming back....

It's completely disappointing that they reward loyalty with lies...

Re: Universal Channel leaving BT

@MattBlox  looks like your package is really messed up. Do you want me to get the Mods involved to get it sorted?

Re: Universal Channel leaving BT

Thanks Stew,

but it's too late for them to do anything now, I ordered Sky Q.

I have to put up with freeview until 13th March

and i'm happy for that as at least i'll get all the channels and kids for one simple price...

and hopefully no bloody lies

Thanks

Matt

OK. It’s a shame that BT don’t deliver what they promise.

Maybe worth checking again,  as it states they were leaving BT they have already done so. Now, this may be an old posting, but so if it is maybe worth putting a date on your postings. Remember there is no longer HD channels for HD you may have to use NOW TV,
