Unknown Transactions

Hello

I would like to know about the recent transactions from BT.  Actually these transactions have never been on my bill so I have no idea why I pay these every month.

The detail of the transaction is 40 pounds each with direct debit.

there have  been over due bills in March and April. However, we already made an online banking directly to BT in 6th April. We believe that all our payments have made by then.

However, BT charges direct debit  again on 9th April and 11th May each 40 pounds which is not shown in the bill. then the bill for May charges 27.40 pounds again.

I just want to clarify what these 40 pounds are taken for from my account.

This is a customer help customer forum and your post does not go to BT.  phone customer services on 150 then billing who should be able to help you
