Unknown cordless phone.

Hi everyone. 

Hopefully someone can identify this cordless phone?

I was part of the trial however at the time it was never given a model number. 

I want to use the additional handset it came with for my father in law who has a 4600.

Looks like the original BT4000 , ( Non TAM) Question What is on the bottom of the base or under the battery in the handset , any numbers?

Thanks for the reply. I actually did a search on the picture after I posted the message and also reckoned it was the 4000.

There are no stickers on the base station or charger.
