Used my own router WLAN status is comeing up no response from pppoe system logs shows "unable to get channel number" then repeats trying to connect

sounds like somethings broken in the account settings
i suggest you contact the mods and be prepared for a 3 working-day wait and get on the phone to support and demand a fix

Rang bt got some info my case been sent to "tryh" or "trykk" team ,advisor said its bt wholesales special fault team "highest support team they got " and to ring them directly after 6:30 for a update and time frame .
Hopefully I get somewhere
