I am having trouble navigating around the my BT area on my BT tv box . The remote takes about 10 presses in order to delete recordings or delete scheduled recordings. Entering a PIN number is near on impossible. I keep pressing the remote but it feels laggy and unresponsive. It’s a brand new ultra hd box , new batteries in the remote , I’ve turned the box off and on several times .
