Unsolicited PIN numbers for an unrecognised BT account

I am getting unsolicited PIN numbers via mobile texts from BT. A few days later another BT text informs me that I have changed the password for the account s*o*k*j*r*l*v*.*o*  of which I have no knowledge.   I am mystified but sufficiently concerned that I may change my mobile number as someone is obviously gaining access to these texts in order to change the password.
