Re: Unstable Broadband connection

Hi you really need to get the mods involved and avoid the help line to avoid any confusion between the two of them the mods are UK based specialists who will take ownership of the problem until it is resolved

Re: Unstable Broadband connection

Well another update

no broadband again and the bill just turned up, can u guess whats not getting paid untill they sort this out, not to mention they owe me £30 for the data spent on my 3g dongle which i have had to use as the service im paying for and ment to be getting is about as reliable as the electronics in a french car.

Re: Unstable Broadband connection

Have you contacted the mods via the link that was posted ? they will get the problem resolved for you also non payment is the worse thing you can do as it will cause service to be disconnected and the bill passed to a debt collection agency not therefore solving the problem you

Re: Unstable Broadband connection

yeh passed it on mate i did get contacted but i havent heard anything from them for a good couple of days now had 4 phone calls and countless new fault things opened and closed as resolved since then, thinking my next course of action may involve c4 and the exchange 🙂 or possibly my chainsaw and there poles as the would go into my wood burner a treat 🙂

Re: Unstable Broadband connection

Well now had no usable broadband since the 28th dec and the phone line sounds like it passes through a bowl of rice crispies before getting to the exchange, had no contact from anybody in BT, so wrote a complaints e-mail last night doubt it will do anygood, im giving them till monday to either get in contact and update me on the progress of this fault or im goin down the OFCOM route.

Re: Unstable Broadband connection

Well 4 engineers down still the problem isn't sorted, had no usable broadband since the 28th dec now, ahh well OFFCOM should be in touch with them soon as I'm now sick of it they can jump through BTs hoops as I'm sick of it, talk about a company of empty promises 😞 shame really as in our old house all I did was sing BTs praises 10yrs of broadband and isdn and they feel about as loyal to there customers as the Italians did to Germany in WW2.
