Unusable slow speed on BT exchange activate connection
Hello and thanks for the help. My parents have an exchange activate (512kbps) connection at a very remote property in Scotland. They have asked me for help as it has become almost unusably slow (and nearby properties have the same issue so it doesn't seem to be a specific problem with their house). The exchange is Merkland (NSMER) and they have a homehub3 connected to the master socket. Is there anyway you can check the exchange. It used to work fine - not fast of course, but fast enough to download emails and documents and for non video web browsing. Thank you very much for any help
