Hi, I have been locked out of Bt mail and My Bt accounts due to unusual activity. Have tried changing password on my Bt account 3 times now to no avail and tried to change password on Bt mail login also to no avail. Have also gone through the 3 security questions and this also does not work.
Tried telephoning Bt and was assured someone would call me back but this hasn’t happened.
I am currently awaiting flight and cruise tickets by e-mail so am getting quite concerned.
