Up & down arrows & other isues with the "improved" email.

1. What's happened to the next & previous email arrows?

2. I read my emails starting with the oldest unread & had my account set up so when I deleted an email, it went to the next newest. Now it goes to the next oldest, which is utterly pointless. How do I get this supposedly superior email system to revert to a logical pattern?

They are very faint on the left and right of the email pane when you hover your mouse near th edge.

Not on mine unfortunately.

If you click on the "date" heading it will reverse the order which messages are received, so should run in the order you want on deletion.

I also could not see any arrows.

The arrows only become visible if you move your mouse over them.

Regarding the delete issue: log onto your email account and go to the settings which are found by clicking on your username at the right hand side. Once in the settings go to "Mail"  In the list of options tick the box "view next mail after delete/move"  or if it is ticked, untick it to see if then does what you want.
