Perhaps the cabinet is full, however its more likely that Openreach were too busy.

Haven't had time today, but the upgrade still hasn't been done, and I notice there is now a fault been raised on my line on Dec 19th.
I didn't raise it, and nobody has bothered to tell me what the issue is, or even apologse for the lousy service.
Starting to regret trusting this shower now.
Oh, and when I go to My BT to see what the issue is, the link from the fault report is a dead link......
