Upgrade not done.

Due to be upgraded from standard broadband to Infinity 2 yesterday.
Surprise, surprise, not done.

I'm getting 6 - 8 at best.
I am still connected to standard broadband (Modulation: G_992_5_ANNEX_A) and I am NOT a happy customer.

Welcome to this user forum.

 

Perhaps the cabinet is full, however its more likely that Openreach were too busy.

 

Look at the order progress on MyBT, or try the  Order Live Chat Team

Haven't had time today, but the upgrade still hasn't been done, and I notice there is now a fault been raised on my line on Dec 19th.
I didn't raise it, and nobody has bothered to tell me what the issue is, or even apologse for the lousy service.
Starting to regret trusting this shower now.

Oh, and when I go to My BT to see what the issue is, the link from the fault report is a dead link......

Finally got an answer from the Live Help team!

Adviser: I have checked your account and the order for the broadband has been delayed Order delayed as (Cab being uplifted unable to access). we will update you with the progress of it
