I've had a bit of an hassle this morning.
My new flat (first occupier) shows as not having availability for Infinity. Despite this, the other flats in the building have Fibre.
In light of this, I was advised over the phone that I need to take out regular broadband and then the day after activation upgrade to the the infinity and tv package I actually want. This is a hassle but I accept that there is no easy solution.
My question is therefore, once I ask to upgrade to Infinity after activation how long a process is it before it is activated?
Obviously I want to minimise my time spend on 1-3.5 Mbps.
