Upgrading BT sport on Broadband to BT TV

I currently have BT sport on Broadband but I'm considering upgrading to BT sport on BT TV so i don't have to pay the £5 per month charge for BT sport on august 1st on Broadband.

This is possible?

Hi tallica,

Thanks for posting. You'll get that information at BT Sport. Just click on Add BT TV.

Cheers

Re: Upgrading BT sport on Broadband to BT TV

I dont understand this upgrading BT sport on broadband to BT TV.. I was under the impression I could only get BT sport on my BT tv once we got Infinity. At the moment, we can get the sport on my tablet but not my tv. Yet according to what I am reading in the info pages, I should be able to get BT Sport on my BT tv as long as I have BT TV plus broadband .... which we have. Yet when I turn to the channel all I get is a message "no siignal". So which is correct please?

thank you

Re: Upgrading BT sport on Broadband to BT TV

You have to be signed up for BT Sport on BT TV - it's not automatic.

It's only available on axchanges that are "multicast" enabled (most now are).  It also requires a minimum line speed of around 6Mbps.
