Upgrading Phone

I want to upgrade one of the phones on my account but can't find a number to call and discuss options. Can anybody please advise?

You could start here, have a gander at what's on offer and then start the chat (on the same page, bottom left). If I recall, the Chat Operator is able to negotiate whatever you need.

Oooops! Sorry. 

I have just had another look and found the Chat bubble has vanished. Could be having a late lunch as most would be changing their contracts/phones during the normal lunch period.
