Upgrading from ADSL to Infinity

Go to solution
I recently switched to BT for infinity but on activation day my broadband didn’t work. I spoke with a manager who then found there were no spare ports in the cabinet so my order could not go through. Fibre shows as available on the bt broadband checker and the openreach site. I was left without broadband because of the error. If in the future I try to upgrade to infinity and the same problem occurs will I lose my broadband again or as I’m am staying with BT will they leave my current broadband on. I really want fibre but I don’t want to lose my broadband again. Thanks

Hi @Ejb137 and welcome.

Can you enter your number in the broadband availability checker and post the results, remember to edit your number out before posting.

Cheers

Hi @DavidM, I’ve tried to post my results as they showed but I’m not very technical so that was the best I could do. I could message you my details if you need them.

Thanks
