So...upgraded in the last week to infinity. SmartHub turns up, as do BT range extenders as we have the TV package as well. Switch from copper to fibre due to take place yesterday. Duly took place, other half was working from home yesterday and wifi went down as they were working on it. Advised by CS that it can take up until midnight before everything starts working properly. No wifi today. Hub showing steady orange. Rang CS/tech help, went through all the tests. No dice. Not in a hotspot. No engineer available til Tuesday, I can't be in so will be Friday. No wifi for a week. Anyone else had similar? Anything I should be saying to BT apart from fix my wifi please?!
