Upgrading

hi I was wondering I joined BT mobile on a sim plan only me and my husband. I was wondering when you were eligible to upgrade to a phone plan. Like with my previous network ID mobile I had to wait 6 months thanks in advanced

You can upgrade at any time, it will be based against your credit score if you're eligible.

yes my credit score isn’t the best. That’s why Bt told me to get a SIM card first so I was wondering when normally I would be eligible for upgrading to a phone contract instead

BT don't impose any restrictions on when you can upgrade, you could have the SIM only plan for 1 day and then upgrade to a handset, after 6 months of regular payments though, then your previous payments are factored in but it still involves a credit check, you might be able to order lower to medium tier handsets, you might be able to order top tier.
