Firstly let me say that I am definitely NO expert.
Some while back my down noise margin dropped. Having had some advice on here one of the "gurus" said it was likely that I had been moved to BT's new lower noise margin target of 3dB.
Apparently the indicator was if one's IP Profile was 92% of one's downstream speed. Having looked at your figures your % is exactly the same as mine WAS - 92.04%
I say WAS, as I am no longer on the 3dB target. None of the experts on here have yet explained, in non-technical terms that I can understand, why any of this happened.
