Upload speed keeps dropping

Hello, 

I've been reading this forum for a few days now trying to find a solution to my problem, but I have not been succesful to date.

 

My problem is upload speed keeps dropping to as low as 2 Mbs then back to 17 Mbs, it used to be a solid 20 Mbs all the time.

 

I've contacted the Help Desk, but they were unable to help, and I've reset the Router to factory setting with no change.

 

This morning the speed were download 75 Mbs, upload 10 Mbs.

 

I'm using a wired connection and this is a list of my Router Settings:

According to those stats your upload speed is 20 Mbps

Can you please run the BT speedtest further diagnostic test this test appears after the first test completes and post back the results

unfortunately no ISP will act on low upload speeds as they see download as the priority
